You will need a few files to get started on your video.
Your video should include the logo dispalyed for at least 2-3 seconds. We have included several versions of our logo as some software handles some better than others.
PNG Format - Transparent background.
JPG Format - White background
JPG Format - Blue background
Here is a copy of a generic model release form. Any identifiable person in your video must sign this form granting us permission to use their likeness. This is especially important for minors. The form is for both adults and minors. Make sure you have these forms signed. You will have the opportunity to upload a scanned copy or mail or fax them to us when you submit your video.
After downloading these files, you are ready to move to Step 3: Creating your video!
