Volunteer Highlights
Volunteer Spotlight
Friends of New Echota - recently had a fantastic volunteer work day at the park. All the volunteers were treated to a private tour of the grounds and buildings of New Echota interpretive staff.

Friends of High Falls used a $7,500 passport grant as part of a $42,750 ADA compliance project, enhancing accessibility with ADA parking, sidewalks, grills, and picnic tables at Shelter #4, which is closest to ADA-compliant restrooms. These upgrades provide greater ADA capacity, addressing the need for accessible amenities closer to restroom facilities.

Volunteer with a Friends group near you and help make a difference in your community while enjoying the outdoor.
