Break out the brushes and enjoy hands-on art activities across Georgia’s State Parks. Weave something wonderful with a loom project at Hard Labor Creek, or dip into history with candle-making at Magnolia Springs. Capture golden hour on canvas with painting programs at Smithgall Woods and Don Carter, or take brushes outdoors for fresh air inspiration at Jack Hill. Add a fun twist with paint and pop at Sloppy Floyd, or enter a nature journaling art contest at Crooked River. Build a fairy house at Victoria Bryant, or paint wooden keychains at General Coffee. Crafts, canvas, or sketchbooks in hand—it’s a good time to slow down, get creative, and enjoy the season outside.
