Your State Parks Day 2023

Join us on September 23, 2023 for Your State Parks Day! In celebration of National Public Lands Day, Friends invites everyone to come out to show your support for your state parks. Our dedicated volunteers are eager to help you learn about Birds, Bats, and Bees, and the crucial role that these and other pollinators play. Volunteer at a park near you and be part of protecting Georgia's treasured resources.

Full- Hook Ups At A.H. Stephens

If you're a camping enthusiast, you'll be thrilled to learn that A.H. Stephens State Park near Crawfordville has recently undergone an upgrade, providing 50-amp service and full hookups. This picturesque campground, nestled under the shade of pines, boasts a bathhouse with hot showers, equestrian and hiking trails, fishing, boating, volleyball, horseshoes, and geocaching. History buffs will also appreciate the Civil War museum on site.
