Your donations make our work possible. Where does your money go? Your donations, combined with support from our members and volunteers are used to support the very important work of preserving Your State Parks. Here are just a few examples of some of the great work our volunteers do with your donations:

Programming Support: At state parks & historic sites all across the state, you'll find innovative and educational programming from historical reenactments to live animal programs. Many of these programs are made possible in part through your donations.

Volunteer Support: Our volunteers are at the core of what makes Friends such a unique organization. With your donations, we help make them more effective and are able to reach out to more people who share a passion for the parks. On National Public Lands Day, your donations helped us to rally thousands of volunteers on a single day who contributed more than 8,000 hours of volunteer support.

Education and Outreach: For the past several years, your state parks have undergone significant cuts in funding leading to an overwhelming need for public support. With your donations, we not only preserve the parks but we also educate and inspire others to join in our efforts. Your generous donations make this possible.
