Cleanup day in advance of Victorian Christmas. Primarily we will be cleaning up the antique rocking chairs on the mansion porch with linseed oil, cleaning the interior of the mansion, and cleaning up out buildings that are used for the program.
About Your State Parks Day: Join Friends of Georgia State Parks for a statewide day of service! Volunteers across all 63 Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites will come together to help preserve and enhance these treasured natural and cultural resources.
Snacks and water will be available.
We will have projects for children 10 years and older; parental supervision is required for children 13 and younger. After the work is complete, we will offer a tour of the farm.
Weather Policy: This is an outdoor event. Inclement weather may force cancellation. Check with the park if you have questions on the day of the event.
What's Provided: All tools and equipment will be provided unless otherwise noted.
