The Jane Hurt Yarn Interpretive Center at Tallulah Gorge State Park overlooks beautiful views of the wooded terrain and the gorge. Friends of Tallulah created a native plant garden for viewing from one of the center's windows. To provide information about the native plants and shrubs, birds, and butterflies, the Friends group designed and paid for an interpretive sign that has been installed in front of the viewing area. It has already garnered many positive comments.
